English Language Learners - Title III

CESA 5 assists school districts with their increasing responsibility to keep abreast of new regulations and techniques in teaching English Language Learners (ELL) students.  Professional development opportunities included training for coordinators, paraprofessionals, ACCESS for ELL® test administrators, and mainstream educators.
