| Cancellation Policies - CESA 5 Workshops and Meetings |
We strongly encourage - and appreciate - early registrations for workshops. Registration deadlines are listed in workshop descriptions and indicate the date that project directors will make a decision about whether the workshop will be held.
Cancellation Refunds for Participants:
In general, any registered participant will receive a full refund if they cancel more than 3 working days before a workshop. Because of our commitments to the trainer and the food vendor, participants that cancel less than 3 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. Check with the individual project directors if you have a question.
Inclement Weather:
Every effort will be made to hold workshops. The registration contact for a specific workshop will have a message on their CESA 5 voice mail by 6:30 a.m. on the day of the workshop if there is a cancellation or if the workshop will start later due to weather. We will make an effort to communicate via email on the day preceding the workshop reminding registrants of the phone extension to call.
