All youth apprenticeship students must have a training agreement signed with their employer/mentor, parents, school district representative, and the CESA 5 YA Coordinator.  Before you begin a new youth apprenticeship work site, please obtain all signatures for this document.  Contact Shelley Drescher before submitting the signed training agreement. You may download a MS Word version of this training agreement.
