SCHOOL-TO-WORK / EDUCATION FOR EMPLOYMENT CONSORTIUM
2010-2011 MEETING DATES

Each meeting will address the three main initiatives of the consortium: STW and Carl Perkins, Youth Apprenticeship, and Education for Employment.

All meetings will allow time for coordinator sharing/networking, provide coordinators with one new idea for CTE team building and highlight the high school reform recommendations!
- A business/industry tour or presentation is scheduled for each meeting and is selected to introduce educators to a variety of occupations related to the career clusters. Meeting locations rotate into districts and highlight regional employers
- Each consortium school should have the School to Work Coordinator and/or another representative attend the scheduled meetings!

School districts who are members of the CESA 5 STW/E4E Consortium and in the Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) district generally meet prior to the MSTC Tech Prep meetings.
