Through funding of the CESA 5 Gifted and Talented grant, CESA 5 has developed a GIFTED AND TALENTED PROGRAM PLAN TEMPLATE.  This template serves as a guide to assist schools in developing their local gifted and talented, board-approved plans as required by Standard T.  This template is one model and school districts may further customize this document to meet their individual needs for serving gifted and talented students.
