PALS Kindergarten Assessment Kit is a phonological awareness and literacy assessment developed by the University of Virginia and Virginia Dept. of Ed. PALS-K is a measure of children's knowledge of several important literacy fundamentals: phonological awareness, alphabet recognition, concept of word, knowledge of letter sounds and spelling. PALS-K provides a direct means of matching literacy instruction to specific literacy needs and provides a means of identifying those children who are relatively behind in their acquisition of these fundamental literacy skills. Customers place an order that would be typical in that type of store. The student must select the correct choice button(s) to fill the customer's order. Picture Word Lotto/Bingo is designed to assist students with word recognition,
matching words to pictures or pictures to pictures. The electronic base unit has 9
red LED lights for the Lotto cards. The student pushes and holds the yellow 2"
button to scan the board for the right match. Release the switch to select the correct
one. There are 2 jacks on the side so the student can operate the game with
alternate switches. Game comes with four reversible playing cards. Picture cards
show the picture or word.

A radio controlled car. When the student presses the arrows or rim on the
controller, the car moves right, left, forward or backward. When the car moves
forward, right or left, the head lights turn on; when it goes in reverse, the red tail
lights turn on. The car's "trunk" lifts up slightly so that students can "deliver" notes
or small items to others. Note this car only activates through remote control. The
