The length of time materials can be checked out varies by media collection and type.  When you receive your materials there will be a card included with it. This contains information such as the title of the item, your name, school, and the dates the item is reserved for.  There is also a Due Date area on this card.  This is the date the materials will be picked up by your CESA van or the date you need to place this item in the mail. 

Media Collections and Checkout Lengths

Instructional Materials Center (IMC)

• 1 week -   Ellison Dies, Kits, Videos
• 2 weeks - Books, Multimedia

Special Education Instructional Materials Center (SEIMC)

• 2 weeks - Video
• 3 weeks - All other materials in the collection

Instructional Materials Support Service (ITSS)

• 4 weeks - All materials in the collection

Staff Development Resource Center (SDRC)

• 2 weeks - All materials in the collection

Requesting an Extension

If you need additional time, please contact Laurie Deakins to request an extension.  Extensions will be granted unless the materials is reserved for another educator.
