Instructional Technology Support Service (ITSS)
The Instructional Technology Support Service (ITSS) provides K-12 instructional technology support to educators in member school districts. This service is provided to districts at two levels: basic and full-service.
Basic service includes regular updates on instructional technology issues, information dissemination, technology coordinator network meetings, and software preview opportunities at the CESA 5 Instructional Technology Media Center lab and through checkout from the ITSS Preview Library.
The full-service ITSS option has been designed to provide comprehensive support to teachers and administrators as they expand the integration of technology and instructional media into classroom curricula. Additional services for full-service members include technology planning and curriculum development; indistrict inservices or consultation; networking meetings for library and technology assistants; and no-fee ITSS workshop registrations.
