Title III Consortium

CESA 5 assists Title III consortium member districts (add link) with their responsibility to keep informed of new regulations and best practices in teaching English Language Learners (ELL). Membership benefits (link to member service benefit) include:

1. Professional Development (link to catalog). Membership pricing for CESA 5 Title III-related workshops. Customized onsite trainings are available.
2. ELL Resources. The CESA 5 IMC has added a wealth of resources for both professional development and classroom resources to serve ELLs.
3. Web-based resources. CESA 5 maintains web-based resources for Title III consortium members. This resource includes information for local Title III coordinators, teachers, bookkeepers, parents, and students. Members may contact Julee Dredske to obtain a logon and password to this site.
4. Newsletters and Email Updates. Periodically CESA 5 sends email updates and reminders regarding important ELL news to our consortium members.
5. Field Consultation and Technical Support. Member districts are entitled to support as needed. This may include instructional coaching, assistance with ACCESS for ELL® state-wide language assessment, program evaluation/monitoring, program plan writing, serve as a member of student intervention team, and more.
