School districts have evaluated services that they have contracted through CESA 5.   The primary objectives of the service were identified and distributed to districts using the service.

Respondents were asked to rate on a six-point scale (1 is low, 6 is highest) the degree to which they felt the objectives for the service were being attained in their district. These responses have been averaged and are displayed to the right of each report objective.  To interpret this report, the higher the number, the more successful the services has been in attaining the objectives.
